Default still having the same problem

everything goes good until i save link it does not allow me to download any music at all please fix this I'm paying 10.99 a month please fix this problem

When you login do you see the hard drive icons like in the picture below?



There is nothing to fix since no one else is having issues at the moment.

I do not see the "save target as" option. only save link and I cannot download anything. I have installed the media encoder.

What browser are you using? They all have their specific options. After you've logged in, the archive page should look like this:



Right click on the hard drive icon for the mix you want to download and choose the option to save the file. IE, FireFox, Chrome all have differing options so you'll have to tell me what you are using so I can help you out.

Here's what it looks like in Chrome (Save link as ...):

Then use Internet Explorer or Chrome. The above is Chrome. Don't get stuck doing the same thing.

BTW, are you right clicking on the hard drive icons? <- they look like this

You can only see those if you've properly logged in.

Another issue that might be happening is that your firewall is blocking FTP transfers. The system is working properly so you'll have to figure out what you're doing wrong on your end.

P.S. I just tested on the latest FireFox and it worked fine.
