Did you try again? Sometimes the way your firewall/router reads FTP data may case compressed files not to complete. Try to download manually with a different FTP client other than Microsoft's built in client (web browser). I've had good results with
www.cuteftp.com , they have a free evaluation version. To manually download from the server use the following info:
server: dl2.undergroundnyc.com
user: [your subscriber user]
pass: [your subscriber pass]
Once logged in, you'll see the archive files. Let me know if you have any other problems.
