First, by providing hip hop tracks to his MC partners and then becoming an engineer for some local independent hip hop studios in Maryland. Growing up in Baltimore during the 80's allowed him to experience the varieties of hip hop, Go-Go, techno, disco and house music. During the 90's, while experimenting in his studio (The Lair), he decided to expose his own work to the only venue he knew about
