There seemed to be a bug in the way certain ftp clients were pulling FTP traffic from the download FTP server. After a full diagnosis it seemed that security at the server level was much too high to allow older clients to maintain and forward a connection via ftp to the server kernel.
I have know effectively opened access to these older clients and have resolved the time-out and no "RETR" command errors that were occurring. Please try again and post any further issues you may have or write me a quick note at downloads@cyberjamz.com
