Listen a CLIP

The spiritual journey into the music revisited by Andy Roberts, Samir Maslo, The Insatiables and Ciappy DJ

Last project for this summer, it will close August giving fresh tastes and rhythms to GKF.
It’s the release n°30 and it’s a project previously released on NEXT DIMENSION MUSIC and now re-worked from very good dj’s.
The first remix “AR'S SAFARI DUB” is re-worked completely by ANDY ROBERTS of MIXED MUSIC SIGNALS (Toronto).
In 1996, Andy began his production career, releasing his first EP on John Aquaviva’s Definitive which became an anthem at The Sub Club in Scotland. He then went on to produce for Kult Records out of New York, fathering Kult classics “Big Daddy Vibes” and “Sunny Muzik” among others. At around the same time Andy produced “Rhodes Scholar, “Mixed Signals” and “Black Belt Roberts” EP’s on Dino & Terry’s Crash and Vinylpeace imprints. He also linked up with the Stickmen to release one of his best selling records, “Mr. Roberts Neighborhood, on their highly successful Aquarius label which received regular airplay on BBC’s Radio 1 for six months. Recognized as one of Canada’s top house djs and producers Andy has remixed Mambo, Mambo, Mambo’s rendition of Tito Puente’s “Ran Kan Kan” as well as doing remixes for Hollis P. Monroe and The People Movers on Stickmen Records. It’s a pleasure have a remix by one important dj from Toronto house school. A really dub version with a psychedelic use of synths and a deep groove.
The second re-mix is “THE INSATIABLES GOT WICKED REMIX” another work of Belgrade duo dj’s. They have put hands on FANCY LIFE and on this project too. Out of the head!!
Thanks Marko & Luka. [http://www.myspace.com/lukamarko]
The third remix is made by SAMIR MASLO, from Vienna (Austria). An easy remix for massive dancefloor, and for more powerful dj’s. [http://www.samirmaslo.com/]
Close the project the “CIAPPY’S BRASIL MIX”, a crazy and percussive remix by Mr. Ciappy aka Giampiero Marasciulo. After his latest amazing projects released on ProgCityDeep and Clubstar, Ciappy come back on GKF with this really explosive remix.

Some reaction:
-STEVE PARR (Faize Music/Room Eights rec.) "Don't pass this ep by from Gotta' Keep Faith! Spiritual Blessings 'Journey Through Vibes' is exactly that a tasty set of four remixes that will suit all tastes! My particular pick on this EP is the 'Samir Maslo Mix' very uplifting with loads of energy, perfect for any main room floor! Other mixes from The Insatiables, DJ Ciappy who is building a nice reputation of quality productions and Andy Roberts.."
-FRANCO MARTINELLI (Housepage.net) "Usual quality deep-house music with a jazzy touch. I love expecially the intense and trippy Safari Dub mix. Full support. "
-MICHAEL FOSSATI (Spirit of House.com) "For their latest release, Gotta Keep Faith took one of their old projects and let it completely be reworked. First up is Andy Roberts who presents the 'Safari Dub', a deeply rumblin' affair featuring wicked keys and great organ. The Insatiables deliver a groovy affair featuring jazzy keys over a smoothly stompin' beat, while Samir Maslo comes up with a powerful reworking perfect for the bigger floors. Lastly Ciappy DJ aka Giampiero Marasciulo reworks the track into a diversified affair kicking off percussively before the deep house beat and phat keys take over, getting back to the percussive elements to close down the track."
-HENRI KOHN (Clustar) "Great single. like all mixes. will play for sure. Buona estate!!!!"
-LEWIS DENE (Cd Pool/Journalist) "Great vibe to this one – really into the Samir Maslo Mix – thanks."
