THE SHACK IS BACK!

On THURSDAY, JANUARY 9th, DJ RICH MEDINA (Jump N Funk/Rock Steady Crew) joins forces with nightlife guru MANCHILDBLACK (Hype Life Music/Libation) to bring you the long awaited return of LIL RICKY'S RIB SHACK!!!

Every Wednesday night for 9 straight years, Rich helmed an event that became a standard, and will be remembered in the history of New York City club culture forever. Originally held in the basement of former jewel of the Meatpacking District, APT (RIP), Lil Ricky's quickly became NYC's mecca for people from all walks of life to gather in safety, and to be fed for a tasty heaping of Medina's musical gumbo of Soul, Hip-Hop, House, Dance Hall, Classics and more.

For its return, Lil Ricky's Rib Shack will now reside at Chinatown hotspot the303 at LOUIE and CHAN every 2nd Thursday of the month. The brand new venue boasts an incredible sound system, top shelf restaurant upstairs, dope dance floor, delicious cocktails and sexy ambiance that is a perfect fit for The Shack's notorious return to glory! Musically, Rich will be presenting what he calls "a matured version of what we had musically at APT, with less emphasis on hip hop and aggressive lyrical content, and more emphasis on freedom and the sounds of dance music on a broader scale."

It may be cold outside, but expect Rich Medina's monthly Li'l Ricky's residency at The 303 at Louie & Chan to heat up NYC nightlife once again, starting on Thursday January 9th, and the 2nd Thursday monthly going forward. See you there!
