The Jinks feat. Carla Prather - Got To Do Better OUT NOW!

The Jinks release their first single of 2009 and what a way to start! It’s been a few months in the studio for Dan and Chris, cooking up some new grooves and collaborating with some fantastic artists. 2009 is set to be a vintage year!


The first writing collaboration between The Jinks and the living legend that is Byron Stingily came in the form of the fantastic ‘Spread My Wings’. It took the house charts by storm when released on bargrooves records at the end of 2008, with Mina Jackson on vocals, and was the forging of a strong relationship. 
 ‘Got To Do Better’ is a worthy follow up, and Defected snapped it up as soon as they heard it. Carla Prather takes the vocal reigns, and having sat atop the Jinks’ wish list for vocalists for a long, long while, they were really chuffed to work with her. “Since her work with Mr ALI and Jellybean Benitez, we’ve always been huge fans of Carla’s incredible voice”.

This is going to be a sure-fire Miami smash! Don't sleep on it!
