frozen out of chat room? Can you remote log me out??

Peace, I was in the chat room and My AOL quit on me . When I tried to access the chat room when I logged back on, I got a message that stated that there was already someone in the room with my name . Can I be logged out by tech support?? Thanks for your time. Peace.
