someone please help

while i never have any problem listening to cyberjamz on my old, outdated pc at home, i continue to have problems on my new, state-of-the-art Mac at work. Some days, i click on the live stream and it opens a tab on my browser and plays fine. Other days (or times), i click and it opens the tab, and all i hear is the intro to cyberjamz, sometimes more than once, before it ends. wtf?
