Mr. V found his calling as a producer and DJ in the underground of New York City. Inspired by legendary artist and mentor, "Little" Louie Vega from Masters at Work, he developed his soulful, deep sound that fits New York’s house club vibe perfectly. He rocks crowds worldwide, and is heavily influenced by House, Hip Hop, Latin, Garage music, Disco classics, Rhythm and Blues, and Jazz. Mr. V launched Sole Channel Music with partner Alix Alvarez in 2001. Sole Channel has released over forty tracks to date, including the most famous, “Something (Wit’ Jazz).” Mr. V also partners with other labels to produce original music and remixes, including Vega Records, Ricanstruction Records, Underground Collective Recordings, and more. Some of his most massive tracks include “Jus’ Dance,” “Put Your Drink Down,” and “V Gets Jazzy” on Vega Records.
