Exclamation To Reset the chatroom...

Update 8/3/2009: Note, this was originally written for the old chat board but also can be used with the new one since they are all flash based. But one step has to be carried out on the new one if you're using IE8. Once you clear your flash temp files then go back to the sign in screen of the chat room. Use keys [Ctrl] + [F5] to force refresh the skin files from the server to your web browser. The new chat uses text bassed "lss" files that are not part of the flash system therefore the old ones have to be flushed out whenever you clear your flash temp files. This should happen automatically but if it doesn't, you'll see the chat window as all white so force refresh them (the key combo above) and that should correct everything.

There maybe times when you've dragged a section of the chatroom out of place and runined the alignment or you want to clear the chat cookies so that you can reset to default values.

If so please go to this link:

http://www.macromedia.com/support/do...manager07.html

1. You should see the "Adobe Player Settings Manager" (if not, refresh).

2. Find and select 'cyberjamz.com' from that list and hit the [Delete Website] button.

3. Confirm and then close all your open browser windows.

4. Please return to the cyberJamz chat room at http://chat.cyberjamz.com

The new "black" theme should now load properly.

PLEASE NOTE!

Not all features are working on the chatroom since I've upgraded the software and have a few confguration issues. Will fix as soon as possible
