Make sure you have the latest FlashPlayer version and that port 1935 is not blocked by a firewall/proxy server or other 'privacy' filter.
Once you have checked the above, all you have to do is click on any one of the small screens and your cam will be assigned to it. Don't hit the [Video off] button becase that will make all the screens on the left turn off/disapear.
Let me know how it turns out!
PS: Once we get this working all broadcasters that broadcast video will need to use this method instead of broadcasting with the media encoder. This will save us disk space for the archives.
