Spris Restaurant validates parking in the South Garage of the Constitution Plaza on Kinsley street.
During Lunch we validate one hour free.
During dinner we validate the evening for $3.00 (paid to the garage attendant).
DRIVING DIRECTIONS
From points north of Hartford:
91 SOUTH - take EXIT 31 to State Street.
At light go straight. At next light, turn right onto Market Street.
At next light, turn right onto Kinsley Street.
Park in South Garage on the right.
Take garage elevator up to plaza level and open golden door to your right.
From points south of Hartford:
91 NORTH - take EXIT 29A, Capitol Area.
Take the first exit, Columbus Boulevard, then take a right.
At the third light take a left onto State Street.
At light go straight. At next light, turn right onto Market Street.
At next light, turn right onto Kinsley Street.
Park in the South Garage on the right.
Take garage elevator up to plaza level and open golden door to your right.
From points east of Hartford (I-84):
From I-84 WEST - take the left exit for "Downtown Hartford".
At light go straight.
At next light turn right onto Market Street.
At next light turn right onto Kinsley Street.
Park in the South Garage on the right.
Take garage elevator up to plaza level and open golden door to your right.
From points east of Hartford (Route 2):
Take Route 2 WEST until it ends in downtown Hartford.
At light go straight.
At next light turn right onto Market Street.
At next light turn right onto Kinsley Street.
Park in the South Garage on the right.
Take garage elevator up to plaza level and open golden door to your right.
From points west of Hartford:
Take I-84 EAST to MAIN STREET EXIT.
Take right at the second light on to Main Street and a quick left onto Talcott Street.
Go right at the second light onto Columbus Boulevard, take a right at the next light onto Kinsley Street.
Park in the South Garage on the left.
Take garage elevator up to plaza level and open golden door to your right.
