I can't broadcast. Has the password changed?

Having trouble downloading
 

The message is "the server has been reset." Just wondering if this relates to the server being busy and will free up later or... ?

I moved servers and might not have added your user name. I'll check later but I think I saw you broadcasting this morning :confused:

Did you try again? Sometimes the way your firewall/router reads FTP data may case compressed files not to complete. Try to download manually with a different FTP client other than Microsoft's built in client (web browser). I've had good results with www.cuteftp.com , they have a free evaluation version. To manually download from the server use the following info:

server: dl2.undergroundnyc.com
user: [your subscriber user]
pass: [your subscriber pass]

Once logged in, you'll see the archive files. Let me know if you have any other problems.
