Rubber Taxi Records are proud to present the first single on their label of Kung Fu Jesus, aka Craig Snape. Craig was once the lead singer of the popular but now defunct band Genaro. Craig delivers a sun soaked piece of indie pop in the form of Rainbow Road. His lush harmonies and positive light inspired lyrics combine to create an instantly catchy sing-along and uplifting vibe. The B side Golden One is a slightly more down tempo affair but none the less as uplifting and well crafted as the lead track Rainbow Road. All in all his colourful harmonies and powerful message combine to create indie pop of a melodious and positive nature. Just what the doctor ordered.

Biography


Craig Snape aka kung Fu Jesus comes from Lanark in Scotland. To say he is a singer songwriter is an understatement as he plays all the instruments on his
tracks and does all his own backing vocals. This young man is the complete
artist. A prolific writer who fuses classic rock n roll with world rhythms and
Beach Boy inspired harmonies, combined with prophetic lyrics covering social
injustice, the field of love and spiritual ideology. It really wouldn't be
wrong to call him a Modern day Dylan although at Rubber Taxi we call him
The Dark Beach Boy !!! Oh yeah and the songs. It's been a while since you will have heard such great direct and hook laden instantly catchy and
uplifting songs. This is sublime stuff. If you want to be taken on a trip around your soul then get ready for his debut album which will be released on Rubber Taxi this year. Don't say we didn't tell you.
