cant access the chatroom

im currently using firefox web browser and its not displaying the chatroom sign in box so i cant log in to the chatroom!! is there a setting thats stopping me from running certain scripts, im no expert so its gotten me stumpped, any help would be appreciated thank's.

You have to install the flash plugin for FireFox. You can download it from macromedia.com (http://macromedia.com/) or install it right from FireFox. See FireFox documentation for plugin installation.
