All issues seemed to have been resolved. Please post below if you're still having problems. You may want to try:

1. Update to latest IE or FireFox browsers
2. Try switching between PSAV modes in your browser's passive FTP options

Hello,

I tried it all. Although I was sure I had the latest version of Explorer, I updated incase. I was only able to update to version I already had, which is Explorer 7.0.5730.13. I totally turned off my firewalls, and turned off and on again the Passive, and disabled pop-up blockers. I even tried two other laptops I have, which are setup differently, to no avail. I don't know what else to do.

I am trying to get Ruben dated 2-20 and JellyBean dated 2-25 before they're gone.

Help! :(

Thanks much,

ENY

When you login do you see the hard drive icons like in the picture below?

There is nothing to fix since no one else is having issues at the moment.

Full instructions are here on the import/download page, please read it carefully!

What browser are you using? They all have their specific options. After you've logged in, the archive page should look like this:

<img src="http://bbs.cyberjamz.com/cj_archives_screen.png">

Right click on the hard drive icon for the mix you want to download and choose the option to save the file. IE, FireFox, Chrome all have differing options so you'll have to tell me what you are using so I can help you out.

Here's what it looks like in Chrome (Save link as ...):

Then use Internet Explorer or Chrome. The above is Chrome. Don't get stuck doing the same thing.

BTW, are you right clicking on the hard drive icons? <img src="http://dyn.cyberjamz.com/hdisk2.gif"> <- <i>they look like this</i>

You can only see those if you've properly logged in.

Another issue that might be happening is that your firewall is blocking FTP transfers. The system is working properly so you'll have to figure out what you're doing wrong on your end.

P.S. I just tested on the latest FireFox and it worked fine.
