frozen out of chat room? Can you remote log me out??

Peace, I was in the chat room and My AOL quit on me :mad:. When I tried to access the chat room when I logged back on, I got a message that stated that there was already someone in the room with my name :confused:. Can I be logged out by tech support?? Thanks for your time. Peace.

Correct! If your browser crashses and you didn't log out correctly, your session remains in the database until it times out automatically. I think the limit is 15 minutes so just try a bit later if that happens. Glad to have you back!
