Images on a post? If so, all you have to do is hit the button "manage attachments" and upload them following the instructions. If you want to display an image already on a website, use the http://bbs.cyberjamz.com/images/editor/insertimage.gifbutton and insert the image's URL.

To upload an avatar, just go to your user control panel and change your profile.
